Ms. Cole has gained wisdom from the breadth of her international experience as a chief executive and member of boards of directors. Her business acumen combined with exceptional psychological awareness and serial innovation capability deliver outstanding value to all her professional engagements. She has utilised coaching as a practical method of implementation in launching new businesses, business and executive development and solution delivery in challenging, fluid operational environments across Asia. She serves on the executive council of Women's Business Connection, Singapore and is the chair of the membership committee in Asia , a member of the 'Women on Boards committee' and a network director of The International Alliance for Women** . She served on the executive committee of the United Nations Development Fund for Women **, Singapore , 2003-2005 and is an active member in other local and international professional organisations.In 1981 Ms. Cole founded Interdiscount Ltd., a boutique merchant banking company and in 1994, Ms. Cole founded International Aval Asia Ltd. ("IAA"), which was first to introduce export receivable finance without recourse to exporters and local banks in the Asian Market and the distribution of these cross border receivables generated in Asia.
