Steve Ford
Steve Ford is the son of former US President, Gerald R Ford, and was suddenly thrust into the role of "First Son" when his father became President on the resignation of Richard Nixon in 1974.
Steve's unique perspective on life as the President's son encompasses a broad range of fascinating subjects: being 18 years old and having 10 secret Service agents as constant companions, his father's pardon of President Nixon to help put an end to the infamous Watergate affair, two assassination attempts on his father's life, his mother's bouts with alcoholism and breast cancer, and Steve's own battle with alcoholism.
Steve mixes his always popular White House stories along with more serious motivational and inspirational topics such as the need for personal accountability and transformation in today's hectic world, and alcohol and drug abuse awareness.

He has a long time interest in race horses. He owns a ranch in California and during the 1980s and 1990s was involved in the thoroughbred race horse industry as an owner, breeder, race manager and race track executive.
Steve is also an accomplished actor. For six years he starred as Dectective Andy Richards on the Emmy Award-winning 'The Young and the Restless'. His television appearances include 'Suddenly Susan', 'Dr Quinn', 'J.A.G.' and 'The Sentinel'. He has appeared in more than 30 feature films including 'Contact' with Jodie Foster, 'Heat' with Robert DeNiro and Al Pacino, 'Armageddon', 'Starship Troopers' and as Meg Ryan's boyfriend in 'When Harry Met Sally'.
