Richard Moat (PhD) is an internationally recognised expert on wellness, stress and peak performance. His client-list includes royalty, CEOs, corporations, entrepreneurs, Olympic athletes, Hollywood A-list celebrities and the richest of the dragon’s in the British version of Dragon’s Den, Peter Jones.

His creation, Moativational Medicine TM, grew out of 11 years of studying the link between our health and our emotions. This is a new model for health and healing receiving wide acclaim from the public and medical profession alike. This model acknowledges and addresses the vastly underestimated role our feelings and emotions play in the on-set of illness and disease.

He traces his interest in success both physically and mentally to his days as a 14-year-old when he showed much promise as a hockey player. From that tender age he was successfully coached and at the age of 18 he represented England. Richard went on to captain the English Hockey team to international success at 21. His international career spanned three decades, culminating in recognition from HRH the Queen for services to British sport.

He gives unique and insightful keynote speeches on the subjects of stress, emotional wellbeing and peak performance. He is a master communicator and one of the few experts in his field who can communicate in a practical and understandable way. Lives are changed because of his knowledge.

We are thrilled to welcome Richard to New Zealand.
