Debra Bell
As a networking specialist and business consultant Debra Bell conducts workshops, seminars and conferences on personal and business networking skills which can truly enhance relationships and generate measurable value!
Debra has 10 years management experience with Countrywide Bank and 20 years in private business as practice manager and director of Rotorua Precision Dental Laboratory Ltd (which won the Best Customer Service Related Business Award in 2000).
In 2003, Debra was a Financial Adviser with AMP Pinnacle Financial Services Ltd and was voted the top new Financial Advisor as well as receiving a merit award for new business production.
Debra’s philosophy is to make a difference through sharing her experiences as a Bank Manager, Financial Advisor and Business Coach. She has worked with corporates and small to medium enterprises throughout Australasia, as a facilitator and professional speaker.
Debra was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Rotorua Sunrise and President in 2000-2001 (the first Woman President of any of the Rotary Clubs in Rotorua). Her role was to facilitate workshops throughout the district and train in-coming presidents and club officers in membership development and retention. Since June 2004 Debra has been Chairman of this committee.
Debra is passionately involved with several community projects including facilitation of the Inzone Roadshow – bringing high profile role model speakers to Rotorua. She co-ordinates the “Magic Moments” programme, a community project to gather donated goods and gifts from local businesses and distribute to needy families at Christmas time. She also supports Business SWAP Rotorua and has spent 6 years on the local committee, 3 years on the National Executive and was Co-Convener of the International Convention held in Rotorua in 2002.
Facilitation and workshops Debra presents include “Networking Your Business”, “Managing Relationships”, “Change Management” and “Business Strategies”.
Debra was the 2004 New Zealand’s Her Business Networker of the Year. In 2006 she was nominated “Most Inspirational Role Model” for the Her Business Awards.
Debra has the latest "knowledge transfer" and business strategies. She walks the talk as a business coach and shares many personal experiences.
