Aaron Gilmore
A champion Ballroom and Latin American dancer since the age of 10, Aaron Gilmore has won many dance competitions including the New Zealand Adult championships and placed in the top 24 in the world at the Blackpool Youth Latin Championships.
An extremely talented dancer and popular personality, Aaron has been involved with three series of the hugely popular television show ‘Dancing With The Stars’, which he won with former Miss Universe Lorraine Downes in 2006. During his involvement with the series Aaron has supported a number of charities including Children’s Cancer Foundation, Parents Inc. and Hospice NZ, raising close to $200,000.00
Through these series, Aaron has proven himself a natural in front of the camera and has gone onto complete various projects such as ‘Move It’ and a What Nows’ parody series ‘MaLouds’ Daughters’.
Various struggles in Aaron’s childhood and recent successes means that he is a very inspirational speaker and has spoken at and MC’d many events. Aaron’s popularity has also seen him entertain crowds of people with dance demonstrations.
