From an initial background of marketing, Mike joined the financial services industry at age 21. He has held numerous positions in that industry from Financial Planner to Senior Management in New Zealand’s largest financial services organisations.

Mike is an entrepreneur who currently owns numerous business interests and has a passion for coaching and training.

Mike has owned businesses as diverse as construction, human resources, music production, marketing and property investment.

He has business qualifications from Massey University including two academic prizes, has completed numerous industry courses and is a life member of XL results foundation Asia’s largest entrepreneur network. Mike has won numerous industry awards, and was nominated for a 21st century award to financial services.

Mike provides executive coaching to a variety of entrepreneurs and corporates. Mike has travelled to in excess of fifty countries and draws on his broad international experience and network in bringing together innovative concepts to assist people.

A sought after international speaker, Mike is a regular in many of the Asia Pacific nations and has also spoken in the USA and UK.

He is the author of four books released in Asia Pacific with a fifth soon to published. Mike’s first book is now considered a best seller.

As a musician Mike has played on eight CD’s including four solo albums, written and produced for a number of artists plus produced advertisements and jingles.

Mike writes a regular column for an international magazine that distributes to 15 countries and has appeared on television and radio. He has been called one of Asia's top ten coaches, and Asia's leading Edu-tainer.

Mike lives in Auckland and enjoys travel, new cultures and a variety of sports.
